How Board Members are Selected:

Three members are voted in by the lot owners.

One member is appointed by Winchester's Mayor.

One Member is appointed by Winchester's Common Council.

Each member must be a lot owner.

​

The three members who are voted in by the lot owners are on a three year rotation; one member is elected each year.

​

Elections for board members are held in June each year.
